The CPX - Nonspanning Fixator for DRF
The CPX is the most versatile, non-spanning fixator on the market for the treatment of distal radius fractures. It offers patients an unobtrusive option with minimal soft tissue trauma and early wrist mobilization. Comparatively as rigid as the volar plate (footnote 1), the CPX offers a simple, minimally invasive alternative with the strength to maintain reduction. The variable angle pin configuration allows the surgeon to freehand all the pins before the application of the fixator allowing for ease of application. Flexibility and simplicity make the CPX one of the most reliable and efficient ways to treat reducible distal radius fractures.
Features & Benefits:
- Non-spanning, external maintenance of DRF reduction
- Early wrist mobilization
- Minimal soft tissue dissection
- Cross-pin, multiplanar configuration
- Tissue protector to protect the radial sensory nerve
