Founded by Ather Mirza, MD in 1995, our company has maintained his vision of developing surgical devices that are intuitive in design, provide superior workability for the surgeon, and offer patients the benefits of minimally invasive surgery.

At the core of our business is an innovative endoscopic soft tissue release system used for cubital and carpal tunnel release surgery. This system features the only clear cannula and scope-mounting blade combination available to surgeons. We are currently developing other procedural applications utilizing this system.
In 1999, A.M. Surgical introduced a non-spanning fixator for distal radius fractures —the CPX.This device offers surgeons a simple alternative to open reduction internal fixation. The device’s unique variable pin placement design and its biomechanical strength have positioned the CPX as the go to device for external fixation of distal radius fractures.
